New learning is only effective if it’s actually applied.

A goal is merely an idea, until it is put in written format outlining the steps necessary to attain it. A goal inclusive of a written plan of action is 42% more likely to be achieved than a goal that remains a simple concept. For this reason, many of our courses include a Personalized Action Plan. These plans serve as a roadmap for future; they help to identify unique behavioral triggers, manage impulses, identify a clearer path to desired outcomes, and connect with a support network to ensure long-term success.

Personalized Action Plans may be incorporated by supervising professionals into related service plans as are required by a participant’s probation officer, social/human service worker, or treatment professional.
